Does it seem like there is a gremlin inside your computer? It could be a virus. No matter what kind of PC you have, you need the latest antivirus software. Not only do antivirus programs protect your computer from damage, but they also prevent you from accidentally passing viruses to family and friends when you send e-mails or share files.

We will remove any virus found, update you antivirus software or install a new security package for you.

We always remove the customers HDD and mount it as a secondary HDD on the
bench PC. We then scan and remove any viruses. You can remove the virus
this way, but you cannot repair whatever damage the virus did.

All suspected virus jobs are handled this way- we do not under any
circumstances boot the customer's computer. If there is a virus present,
you will likely be causing more damage each time you boot the computer-
even in safe mode.

We then return the HDD to the customers machine and boot to safe mode-where we now repair the damage the virus may have caused.
